Magnetic Scraper

The Magnetic Scraper, also known as the magnetic chip conveyor, has a magnet is installed on the bottom of the conveyor belt to attract the chips in the cutting fluid to the conveyor belt. The chips are affixed to the belt and are unable to flow with the cutting fluid. The scraper bars then scrape the chips off the bottom of the chip conveyor for further filtration processing.

Suitable Chips

For short and fine magnetic metal chips smaller than 75mm.
